All UK orders are dispatched from our central laboratory facility. We offer the following delivery options:
Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday–Friday, are dispatched same-day and delivered the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day.

Standard Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within 2–3 working days. Fully tracked with delivery confirmation and proof of delivery.

Saturday Delivery
Guaranteed Saturday delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Saturday service. Orders must be placed by 2pm Friday.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

- North America: 5–7 business days

Packaging
All shipments are packaged discreetly with no external branding. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs where appropriate. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.
